Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use zandorymusic.com or purchase a digital download from ZANDORY Music Shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase. Mandatory rights provided by consumer law still apply.

Digital products and orders

The store sells digital music downloads, including WAV audio files. No physical item is shipped. Product details and prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before you place your order. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you if an order cannot be completed or a listing contains an obvious error.

Payment and download access

Payment is handled by the payment option you select at checkout. After successful payment, download access is provided through the order or customer account as shown by WooCommerce. Keep your download and a backup in a safe place. Contact us if the link or file does not work.

Music rights and permitted use

Unless a product page says otherwise, purchasing a track grants you a personal, non-transferable license to download and listen to it for private, non-commercial use. The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publicly upload, sample, remix, or use a track in videos, advertising, games, public performances, or other commercial or public projects without prior written permission from the rights holder.

For commercial, synchronization, remix, or other expanded permissions, contact us before using the music. Any additional license must be agreed in writing.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy explains how to request help or a refund for a digital purchase. It does not reduce any rights that cannot be limited by applicable consumer law. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Website use and availability

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security, or other visitors’ use. We may update product listings or site features over time. We try to keep the site and downloads available, but temporary interruptions can occur. If a purchased file is unavailable or defective, contact us so we can help under the Refund Policy.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation. To the extent permitted by law, ZANDORY is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website or a digital file. These terms are subject to the laws and mandatory protections that apply to your purchase and place of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the store or applicable requirements change. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. For questions, use the ZANDORY contact page.
